NJT Accounting Services opened our doors in November 2016 and we have continued to serve clients both new and old since then.
​
Our aim is to provide all of our clients with a high level of professional, personalised service whether you are an individual through to a large business.
Our clients are encouraged by our fresh and friendly approach to their requirements and this works to promote an open communication throughout the year. Whether we see you monthly for your BAS or once a year to complete a tax return we are always available to answer queries and our wide knowledge base means there is always someone available to speak to.

Moving away from traditional billing methods, NJT Accounting Services do not charge fees for telephone calls, meetings and communications, with clients only paying for work the team prepares.
Nichola Gadsby-Symonds
​
Nichola has been a practicing accountant since completing her Bachelor of Business at Edith Cowan University in November 2002. She continued her training path to complete her CPA in Nov 2005 followed by a Diploma in Financial Planning in 2014. She is currently investing additional time in study surrounding superannuation and planning with her Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning with Tamara.

Always encouraged by new methods and practices she regularly engages in study and seminars to provide clients with the most up to date information.
​
Nichola is experienced in preparing tax for a wide range of clientele from an individual through to a company or self-managed super fund. Her initial training led her to an extensive knowledge of Goods and Services Tax, Fringe Benefits Tax and business structure planning. She encourages her clients to stay in contact throughout the year and is available for discussions or to answer queries as needed.

Nichola has lived in Bunbury for over 30 years and has developed many professional relationships over this time. She enjoys spending time with her daughter Mollee and furbaby, George and you will often see them out and about enjoying the South West lifestyle or pounding the pavement along Ocean Drive.

Tamara Irwin
​
Tamara's main role in NJT is to assist our business clients with the preparation of their BAS and queries regarding their operations as well as the preparation of Tax Returns. Having been in the financial industry for over 13 years she has developed many skills in the Tax and Superannuation space and enjoys chatting to clients and assisting them with their queries.
​
She has achieved her Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Taxation and Diploma in Financial Planning with Self-Managed Superannuation Funds being a large part of her training and after starting her career in Accounting in 2011.
​
She also assists our clients after their discussions with Nichola with the establishment of their new entities as well as co-ordinating our self-managed super fund annual audits and corporate compliance.
​
An active lifestyle keeps Tamara busy on the weekends with most of her spare time filled at the beach with her husband or on the netball court coaching and playing. She a proud mum to Wyatt who is currently serving in the Royal Australian Navy and daughter Tamsen who is working her way through High School.

Hayley Mills

With us since almost the beginning, Hayley greets our clients at reception.
Hayley assists our accountants with administrative services and liaises with the ATO & ASIC on behalf of clients account queries.
​
Living in Bunbury since 2012 Hayley enjoys exploring its surrounds as well as spending her weekends out and about with friends and her family. She is a keen gardener and loves to be outside pottering and helping with garden market days

Michelle Jones
​
Michelle provides administrative services to our clients. She assists in the preparation of BAS and has developed her skills in XERO to provide support to our business clients. She brings with her an understanding that your business is your priority and aims to make you administration life as easy as possible.
​
Michelle loves her family and spends her free time with husband John and her adult babies Katelyn & Kyle. She also has 2 adorable mischievous puppies Lucy & Millie that provide the office with entertaining stories daily!

Shelley Madaffari
​
Shelley provides our bookkeeping services to our clients. She is a vibrant addition to our team and her attention to detail is a great asset to our client services team.
​
A Bunbury local, born and bred, Shelley loves her family and spends her free time in the surrounds socialising with husband Ross and is very proud of her adult children Ashlee & Jack who are branching out into the world. She is a keen Eagles supporter sticking with them through good times and bad!
